1. What Viralux is

Viralux generates short videos, still images and written copy from a brief you write. It runs open weight models on rented GPUs. You keep an account by proving control of a crypto wallet, and you pay in cryptocurrency.

We are a tool. We do not review, approve or endorse what you generate, and we are not a party to whatever you do with it afterwards.

2. What Viralux is not, and does not do

This section exists because the honest limits matter more than the features.

• We do not publish on your behalf. There is no automatic posting to any social platform. You download your files and post them yourself.
• We do not read your social accounts. If you enter a handle, it tells us which format to generate for. We do not fetch, analyse or store your posts.
• We do not hold your funds. Payment is a transfer you make from your own wallet. We never take custody, and we cannot move or reverse anything.
• We do not guarantee any result. Not views, not reach, not engagement, not that a generated clip will be usable. Recommended posting times are estimates from platform-wide averages, not measurements of your audience.
• We are not a financial service. Nothing here is investment advice.

3. Your account

You sign a message with your wallet to prove it is yours. That signature is your login. There is no password to reset and no support desk that can recover access: if you lose control of the wallet, you lose the account. We cannot transfer an account to a different wallet, because we have no way to verify that the request is genuine.

One person may hold several accounts. You are responsible for everything done under yours.

4. What you may not generate

You agree not to use Viralux to produce:

• content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including deepfakes and synthetic likeness;
• content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context, ever;
• impersonation of a real project, company, exchange or public figure, including their branding;
• content designed to deceive people about a financial product, including fake endorsements, fake audits, fake partnerships and fabricated performance;
• harassment, incitement to violence, or content targeting a private individual;
• anything illegal where you are, or where it will be published.

We may refuse or stop a generation, and may close an account, if we believe it is being used for any of the above. We do not pre-screen briefs, so this is a right we exercise after the fact, not a filter you can rely on.

5. Who owns the output

You do. We claim no ownership of what you generate and no licence to use it, publish it, or show it as an example. Anything you see on our marketing pages was generated by us, for us.

Two honest caveats. First, AI output may not be copyrightable in your jurisdiction: that is a matter of law, not of our terms, and we cannot grant you a right the law does not recognise. Second, generative models can produce output resembling existing work; checking that what you publish does not infringe someone else's rights is your responsibility.

The models we run carry their own licences, which permit commercial use at our scale. If a model licence ever changes in a way that affects you, we will say so before it affects anything you generate.

6. Labelling AI content

Everything Viralux produces is AI generated. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube all require that to be disclosed, and all of them can detect it independently. Labelling it when you post is your obligation, not ours, because we are not the one posting. Failing to do it puts your account at risk, not ours.

7. Plans, quota and payment

Plans are monthly and quoted in euro, settled in cryptocurrency. The amount that counts is the one our server calculates at the moment of the order; what a page displayed earlier is informational.

Quota is reserved when a job is queued, not when it finishes. If a job fails because of us, the quota is returned automatically. Unused quota does not roll over unless a plan says it does.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed, and neither can we reverse them. If you send to the wrong address, on the wrong chain, or the wrong amount, that transfer is gone and we cannot recover it. Check before you sign.

A plan is active for the period you paid for. We do not auto-renew and we do not store any payment instrument, so nothing is charged unless you act.

8. Refunds

GPU time is spent the moment you generate, and cannot be recovered. So: no refunds for quota you have used.

If the service fails to deliver what you paid for through our fault, write to us and we will make it right, normally by restoring quota. That is a commitment about our failures, not a guarantee that you will like the output.

9. How long we keep your files

Generated files stay on our server for 7 days, then are deleted permanently. The dashboard shows the remaining days on every file. Download what you want to keep. We keep no backup of deleted files, and once they are gone we cannot produce them again identically.

10. Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. The GPUs are rented and can be unavailable; when that happens your jobs wait in the queue rather than failing, and your quota is not consumed until a job actually runs.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost reach, a suspended social account, or anything that follows from what you chose to publish.

12. Changes and ending the relationship

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

You can stop using Viralux at any time. We may close an account for a breach of section 4; if we do, and you had unused paid quota, we will refund the unused part.
